Leveraging a brand testimonial in an astonishing way to create brand awareness
Zalando, the biggest online fashion store in Europe, had a problem in Italy: people did not trust online shopping. So, the client asked us to promote the advantages of online shopping on one condition: to use Rosella Brescia, a well-known and trusted Italian singer and actor. We took this challenge and turned it into an advantage – by playing with her voice. This way we achieved both: gaining attention for Zalando and confidence in online shopping. As always for Zalando – the happy woman screams of joy at the end.
